“If you fail, never give up because F.A.I.L. means ‘First Attempt In Learning' and End is not the end, in fact, E.N.D. means ‘Effort Never Dies'. When one fears failures, it is the beginning of defeat”.

Research is a systematic inquiry process that entails data collection, documentation, analysis, and interpretation of those results/data, following suitable methodologies set by specific professional fields and academic disciplines.

The main objective of the Research and Development Cell is to promote Quality Research by creating awareness among the faculty members, research scholars, and students about quality publications and encouraging them to publish in journals indexed under WoS or Scopus only. The institution’s scopus h-index is 40. The function of IPR cell under the R&D Cell is to protect the intellectual property rights of the institution and inventors associated with the institution. Awareness programs are regularly conducted for the benefit of inventors. The number of Granted patents achieved so far is 16 besides over 100 published patents. The faculty members are encouraged to extend their expertise to the relevant industries and for such consultancy activities, the Management encourages and pays an incentive also. The importance of applying for and receiving research funds from funding agencies is an important milestone in Research. It is done by creating awareness about the ‘Call for proposal’ notification through emails/WhatsApp to all the researchers to facilitate them to apply. Continuous efforts are being exercised and the results of several applied proposals are awaited.

The documentation of all the above parameters is done by the respective Coordinators of Research and Development Cell and the Principal convenes regular follow-up meetings.
