The IPR Policy Development Committee is constituted to draft the IPR Policy for the Institution, finalize it, and implement it through the Intellectual Property Rights Cell. The Principal is the Chairman of the committee. The details of the constitution are as follows:

Any Dispute between the institution and inventors or between the inventors concerning IPR-related issues, the aggrieved party may appeal to the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Institution. The Dispute Resolution Committee’s decision will be final and binding. The Principal will decide this Committee's members based on the issue type.
