SCRIPT CONCORD(PAPER PRESENTATION)


  1. Paper should be in IEEE format.
  2. Abstract should not exceed 500 words.
  3. Paper should not exceed the maximum limit of six pages.
  4. Papers should only be in .doc or .pdf format.
    5.

Instructions:
  1. A maximum of two authors per paper.
  2. The participants should bring two hardcopies of the paper.
  3. Presentation should be in power point presentation MS Office 2007.
  4. Each team will be allotted seven minutes for presentation and three minutes for queries.
  5. Any extension from the allotted time may result in the loss of points.
  6. The participants should bring their presentation on CD drive along with two hardcopies.

Submission Rules:
  1. Registration is mandatory for paper presentation.On Spot registration is not allowed for paper presentation
  2. Contacts information such as Mobile Number and Mail ID of the authors should be in the paper.
  3. The name of the document should be the title of the paper.
  4. Send the document of the paper as attachment.
  5. All papers must be sent to rendezvous@rmd.ac.in on or before 02.08.2018.
  6. The shortlisted participants who are eligible for presenting their paper in final presentation will be intimated through mail on or before 04.08.2018.
  7. The decision of the judges is final.
